  • How long does an order take to arrive?

    Packages are generally out within 2-3 business days after payment is received. shipping with USPS or UPS but do expect delays as we are a small family operated business. We do try our best to ship packages as fast and quickly as we can, so please be patient.

    We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item and or package doesn’t arrive on time or is stolen, contact USPS or UPS.

    Clothing Sales are Final, Once Payment is received and package is shipped. Clothing is NOT returnable nor exchanged.


    hygiene and quality reasons NO return, NO exchange on any clothing items once packaged and is out of our hands out of out stores and delivered.

    Contact our customer service with your order number, details of the item,  Email phillip@islandroyaltyapparel.com wihtin 3 days after recieving package.


    Attach photographs to support your claim. Customer service will contact you with further instructions on the replacement.
